Dimostrando, con ‘l’esempio di vita’ e non ‘a parole’, che bisogna avere il coraggio di puntare su sè stessi ha fondato MT – Meta Thinking Srl “Thinking above, beyond, behind” e ora svolge attività come Advisor, Esperto in strategia e Direzione aziendale,Enterprise Risk Management, Executive Coach, Testimonial e Keynote Speaker durante eventi privati e pubblici.

In Italia e nel mondo porta innovazione e cambiamento, sempre in direzione della crescita aziendale, e più di ogni altro formatore può testimoniare come ha investito le sue energie e il suo vasto patrimonio di esperienze per dare il meglio di sé per la squadra e per le persone che gli sono state vicine.

La sua storia di successo inizia con la laurea in Accademia Aeronautica.

Ottiene il brevetto di Pilota Militare negli U.S.A volando come Caccia Bombardiere

Ricognitore e diventa Istruttore di volo.

Successivamente entra a far parte delle Frecce Tricolori, la Pattuglia Acrobatica

Nazionale, di cui è stato prima Pilota, poi Leader e infine Comandante: grado equivalente a quello del vertice di un’azienda anche per le relazioni con diplomatici,

politici, amministratori delegati, capi di stato, e di gestire situazioni complesse e

delicate … persino con Gheddafi.

Anche in Ferrari ha dimostro con l’esempio di poter scalare il successo:

Prima è consulente esecutivo di Ferrari SpA in F1, poi in Direzione HR, infine come

Responsabile di Enterprise Risk Management sino a maggio 2017.

Italian Aerobatic Team “Frecce Tricolori” (largest team in the world) since 1998 then Commander (2006-2010), equivalent of CEO of a team of 120 p. Autonomous Squadron representing Italian Army and supporting diplomatic and Italian industries around the world.

Leadership, Accountability, Respect and Braveness are the focus dealing with “life” everyday. As a matter of facts I often do speeches and/or consultancy about Leadership, High Perfomance Team Management, Change & Risk Management, Corporate Culture, Strategy, etc, to universities, companies, banks and industries all over the world.

In 2011 joined the Ferrari Formula 1 Team as the Team Principal Manager Consultant.

In 2012 Ferrari confirmed my role within the racing team and I also joined the Ferrari Auto management team being in charged of the “Ferrari Corporate Academy” Project.

From 2013 I have been in charged of the Ferrari Corporate Culture Project. My responsibility is to coordinate all the instruments that can generate the desired Corporate Culture with special focus on “Corporate Culture & Identity” and “Research & Innovation”.

I am also responsible for Risk Management. My responsibility has been to create and lead a Risk Management Organization inside the Sporting Division and now to expand this Organization at Company level.

I am also strongly dedicated to Research, Analysis & Innovation, and Business Competitive Strategy.

I’ve always been working in international, multicultural context dealing with every kind of people; Military, Diplomatics, Statesmen, CEOs, even Gheddafi!

I am always striving to improve myself as a Person and as a Professional.

I went through many Masters/Courses during my career.

Last one is TRIUM Global Executive MBA (jointly issued by London School of Economics and Political Science, HEC Paris and New York Stern University) that is ranked n°1 in the world by Financial Times. Graduating Class 2015.
